Do I get support with marketing the live events to our community?
Absolutely! Each term we will provide you with a marketing pack with everything you need to communicate your next Answers with Justin Webinar to your school community.
How much administrative work is involved?
We make the process as easy as possible for administrators. Your weekly Insight email will provide you with all of the information you need to share with parents.
How can I share the Insights with our school staff and parents?
We encourage sharing the resources with your school community by uploading to your school’s website, newsletter communications, school apps, professional development program, or through the parent network, such as handouts at meetings.
What format do the Insight articles come in?
Our Insights articles are published weekly during the school terms. They appear automatically in your account, and we’ll also send you an email to let you know it is available.
Insights can also be downloaded as a PDF or a text file to share with your parent community via your school newsletter, school website, or even as individual handouts to parents with a particular issue or concern.
Are the resources suitable for both Primary and Secondary schools?
Our resources cater to both primary and secondary schools. While most articles are suitable for all school types, we also provide customised versions occasionally, tailored specifically for younger or older students’ needs.
How do I choose the Membership level best suited to my school?
The School Membership level you choose depends on your parent community’s engagement, their need for parenting resources, and preference for reading articles or accessing webinars. Our most popular level is the Grow Membership.
Who is the Account Holder?
The Happy Families School Membership Account Holder is the main point of contact for your school membership. The weekly Insights email will be sent to the Account Holder.
What are “Insights” Articles?
Insights are child development and parenting articles written weekly by Dr Justin Coulson. You’ll receive 8 Insights articles per term, delivered weekly via email. They can be included in your school newsletter, or used as staff professional development. Account holders will also have access to the backlog of past Insight articles which can be searched by topic and shared with the school community as individual school needs require.
